Contractor Access Management

Use this package to manage your company’s list of contractors and their access to your network. This package will be connected to an Identity Provider (preferably Active Directory) and will programmatically perform the following actions.

1.   At the manager’s approval, the contractor’s access can be extended.
2.   At the manager’s approval, the contractor’s access can be terminated immediately.
3.   At the manager’s approval, the contractor’s access can be made long-term, like an employee.

The manager can also decide to let the contractor’s access expire on the expiry date that is in the contract. Managers are notified daily (real time) when the system detects that a contractor’s expiry date is less than 14 days from now. Each manager is given three (3) attempts to respond. No response after the third and final attempt will mean that the system notifies your Identity Access Management team to terminate the contractor’s access.

Mobile:
The application includes a mobile interface where managers can manage contractors’ access from their mobile devices. The idea is that in real time, a manager can initiate a contractor extension request with a couple of clicks from their mobile device.
