Anchored Solutions is a cloud computing company primarily focused on consulting and pre-packaged cloud solutions. Anchored Solutions has over 14 years on the ServiceNow platform and 24 years in IT Service Management. Our team approaches solutions from the client’s perspective. We listen, design with best practices in mind, and deliver customer-focused solutions. We are expanding to other cloud platforms to bring our solutions to those platforms.

Our Leadership Team is laser-focused on delivering client solutions that are designed for easy implementation. Our goal is to empower customers to take ownership of their ServiceNow journey using our products and services. We use consulting to back up the implementation of our product. We push our technical and sales teams to be leaders in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Technical & Project Teams
Our Technical & Project Teams use agile and safe ceremonies to deliver solutions. Our products are typically at the core of our deliveries. Customers are encouraged to attempt implementation themselves but are to engage with us if guidance is needed. Our architects, developers, and project managers have deep knowledge of our products and are skilled at implementing them onto the ServiceNow platform. Our technical and project teams are great collaborators and will deliver the expected results.
Sales Team
Our Sales Team are very knowledgeable with our product catalog and are versed in understanding the specific customer situation. Setting expectations and determining gap analysis can be performed by our Sales Team to help craft the correct mixture of product and implementation hours to resolve business needs. Our Sales team are client focused and results-oriented.
