When an employee accesses the portal and click on the my asset page, he or she will see the list of assets that have been provisioned to him or her. The information includes the date of provision, any renuewal that are coming up, installed software, or any consumables provisioned along with the equipment. The page also displays actions the user can take – like for example upgrade a device (if eligible), ask for dual devices (if eligible), return a device, or ask for new software to be installed.
